At PoaTek, we believe that sharing knowledge and information is essential to a person’s and company’s development. That’s why we have Knowledge Transfer Sessions every Tuesday. This is how they work: a PoaTek employee – from the CEO to the intern – talks about what they’re developing, searching and discovering. The objective is to transmit knowledge about new tools, processes, events, etc. And there’s space for questions and discussions as well!
Besides the KT sessions, there are Research Groups that encourage employees to search and discuss topics they are interested in. Each employee joins one or more Research Groups and the groups meet whenever they settle. Behind all this, there’s a wish to experience new technologies in challenging contexts and to acquire expertise in different areas. The topics proposed for the groups are:
