We continue our growth! We have welcomed 6 new talented poatekers in the last month.
Bianka Zanini is our new talent recruiter! She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from PUCRS and an MBA in strategical people management from FGV. Also, she has more than 6 years of experience working as a talent recruiter, strategic management, and organizational development. So far, Bianka found at Poatek a dynamic company full of possibilities, where anyone can work autonomously and feels free to be who you are. For her journey as a Poateker, she is expecting to contribute to the company’s growth and help poatekers to have a safe and welcoming place to develop personal and professional skills.
Carlos Eduardo Scherer is Poatek’s new software developer! He holds a bachelor’s degree in systems analysis and development from ULBRA and has already a long journey working as a full-stack developer. So far, he is loving Poatek’s environment and the opportunities poatekers have here, working with various technologies and surrounded by colleagues that are always willing to help. About his expectations for Poatek, he says: “I hope I can contribute to Poatek’s growth and develop my skills with the company.”
Micaela Benezra is joining our UX/UI Design team and holds a visual designer bachelor’s degree from UFRGS. Before working here, Micaela has worked as UX/UI Designer, marketing and graphic design. Her thoughts so far about Poatek? “People have welcomed me so well that I feel like I’ve been here for a long time! I am loving the work and learning about different types of businesses.” Her expectations for the experience here are to keep exchanging knowledge with new colleagues, who come from so many different backgrounds and are always open to teach and learn new things.
Nathalye Chiarelli also joined us as UX/UI Designer! She is currently studying advertising and marketing at ESPM and even as a student, she has already had experiences working as a UX/UI Designer. Nathalye has found in Poatek colleagues that are friendly and open, making her feel in a great environment. Her expectations are: “working in a team capable of providing the best experience for our clients, as well as allowing me to develop my skills as a designer and grow professionally.”
Renan Fonseca is our brand-new software engineer. He has a technical degree in IT and is currently in the last year of his bachelor’s in computer engineering. Renan has had broad experiences before joining our team, working in restaurants, as a dance instructor, and some adventures in tech companies! He thinks Poatek is a very welcoming company, with a familiar ambiance where everyone feels comfortable to create a space for continuous learning without fear. About his expectations: “Beyond growing with the company, I hope that more and more people want to work with us and that we continue to represent a company with capable professionals.”
Tiago Almeida joins Poatek as a software engineer, focused on developing frontend applications. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science from ULBRA, he has 6 years of experience as a full-stack developer! His first impressions about Poatek are that we have an easy-going atmosphere, a lot of opportunities, where everyone is always searching for constant development. Also, being surrounded by very intelligent people willing to share all kinds of knowledge. He is expecting to learn as much as possible in each project he will work in, bringing new visions and helping to improve the results.
