What can you expect from the program?

During your Poatek Experience, you will have the opportunity to develop solutions to real problems while immersed in the environment of a consulting firm.

We expect that by the end of your period with us, you will write a paper about what you developed to share knowledge with the academic community.

Also, we expect that you share your knowledge about your research with Poatekers, in what we call Knowledge Transfers Sessions, and write a blog post about what you developed in the internship period, which will be published on Poatek's website.

During this time you will work in our Porto Alegre Office, with all our employees.

How the process works:

  • Read the Public Notice

    The first step is to read carefully the Public Notice to see if you match the requirements and if the Program meets your expectations.
  • Application

    Next you need to fill in your information in the application.
  • Culture and Tech Interview

    If you are selected, we will invite you to meet our office to have an interview at the Porto Alegre office, where the Poatek team will assess your cultural and technical fit with the company.
  • Technology Director Interview

    Finally you will talk remotely to our Technology Director.
 

Scholarship and schedule:

To value the time and the work you will develop, Poatek will offer monthly scholarships (described in the Public Notice) during the 14 weeks that you will work with us. The journey of this internship for the selected candidates is expected to begin on May 22 and finish on August 22.
